A pleasant surprise!

Location was excellent, felt safe. Loved the AC, perfect for a hot sleeper! While the bed was uncomfortable, the two nice pools made up for it. Great for families too!

the hotel was clean and cozy. it's close to a great pancake house. staff cares about guests - even giving free toothbrushes. a fantastic breakfast cafe is just across the street.

The recently remodeled older hotel building was a pleasant surprise. The room, although maintaining its original footprint, was equipped with new amenities, including a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The large room featured a generous jacuzzi, a private balcony overlooking a beautiful creek, and a soothing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location was convenient for visiting Dollywood. The breakfast room was spacious, although the breakfast options were average. Additionally, it was delightful to observe numerous geese, including adorable baby ones, roaming around the hotel area. We had a fantastic stay, with impeccable service, remarkable comfort, and a serene setting.

The hotel is the top choice in Pigeon Forge. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious with a balcony, jacuzzi tub, and fireplace. Convenient location near restaurants and attractions in Pigeon Forge.

The staff at Best Western Plaza Inn is exceptional. The location is marvelous and stunning, right next to a theme park and several cafeterias. The hotel is conveniently located near a tower and a theater. The breakfast options offered are very good and diverse.

I absolutely loved the bright and welcoming lobby with its floor-to-ceiling windows. It made me feel so uplifted and connected to the beautiful surroundings of Pigeon Forge. The comfortable seating areas and easy accessibility for senior people made me feel right at home. It was so nice to have a cozy spot to sit and enjoy the view, and the easy access made exploring the hotel a breeze.

I would have loved to see some more assistance for senior guests, perhaps some additional handrails in the hallways and by the pool.

I really loved my well-organized room! It had a nice balcony with a great mountain view 🏞️. The breakfast was delicious, with yummy waffles and fluffy scrambled eggs.
